On August 7, Loudoun County law enforcement and animal services responded to a call about a dog bite, which led them to discover that the dog was being sexually abused, according to the Loudoun County government.
Ariel Intestroza, 25, was arrested on August 10 for his inhumane behavior and on August 11, Intestroza was arraigned on the felony charge of sexual abuse of animal, authorities said.
He was held without bond in the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on September 12 at 1:00 p.m., officials reported.
